Implementation of the Supplier Relationships Management System for OJSC ANK Bashneft
Tasks
Purchasing procedures management performance improvement by way of SAP SRM system implementation.
As part of the Project ITPS* consultants achieved the following objectives:
- Diagnostics of the existing procurement procedures model performed;
- Organization structure, business processes, list of regulatory documents and output forms defined;
- SAP SRM system set up;
- A design solution describing the existing business processes of the customer developed;
- End users trained.
Result
The developed system allows:
- Using a common register of goods, works/services with SAP ERP;
- Using a common register of potential participants of purchasing procedures with SAP ERP;
- Conducting procurement procedures;
- Performing automatic evaluation of offers submitted by the participants;
- Consolidating the need for goods among all the company's plants.
