Tasks
The key project objective is to ensure a continuous process of IT services and business applications operation according to the Company's requirements, in compliance with the Company's business processes to increase manageability, performance and operation decision-making.
ITPS consultants and IT specialists provide the following services:
The scope the support and maintenance of business applications belonging to the Company's integrated management system included:
- Support and maintenance of business applications;
- Oil and gas asset management system (SUNA);
- Enterprise resource management system on the basis of SAP/R3;
- Unified Electronic Document Flow Management System (ESDO based on LiveLink);
- Data warehouse - operation reporting information system;
- Manager's monitor (DashBoard);
- Corporate portal;
- Automation system complex (KSA).
- Business applications administration.
Within the framework of the basic services related to ensuring the general system IT services operation:
