Providing consulting services related to the issues of PnoP methodology integration in the ISU of the TURGAY-PETROLEUM JSC

Project Objectives

1. To create a set of regulatory and methodological documents defining the procedure of application of the "Potential-based planning" (PnoP) methodology in the Asset;
2. Creation of a new functionality of the Asset information system for management:

• Calculation of the potential of output wells on the basis of the technological modes data, research results and field features;
• Ranking and selection of wells-candidates for geological and technical activities;
• Creation of elements of the plan of geological and technological activities;
• Analysis of the flow of the production indicators of output wells in the period;
• Aggregated analysis of indicators on random unit samples;
• Regulatory reporting according to the LUKOIL Overseas Holding Ltd. standards.

As part of the implementation of the above-indicated works on the basis of the SAP software an analytical system providing the following possibilities was created:

Calculation of the indicators of potential levels of output well capacity on the basis of data on the actual production of previous periods, telemetry sensors indicators, geological field features and research results;

• Ranking and selection of wells-candidates for geological and technical activities;
• Analysis of the well productivity flow in the previous periods;
• Analysis of the well works history;
• Initiation of geological and technical activities;
• Accounting of technological and geological losses in terms of every well;
• Analysis of the efficiency of the Asset production performance indicators.

At all work execution stages the Parma-Telecom LLC involved specialists having industry capabilities, a high professional qualification and good communication skills.
The project was implemented within the required timeframes and at the quality level meeting the Terms of Reference requirements, which enables the use of the project deliverables in other oil production companies.
