Tasks
The business plan development objectives were:
- To obtain a confirmation of the success of the future activity of the created enterprise;
- To obtain a technical and economical grounding of the TchMZ OJSC IT service outsourcing;
- To develop a basis for the strategic planning of the ITSK activity for the period from 2009 to 2011.
Result
During the project the Parma-Telecom consultants developed a detailed business plan for the creation of an "Information and Technological Specialized Company" (ITSK) subsidiary based on the IT service of the TchMZ OJSC and took part in the planning of organization changes related to the ITSK creation. In addition, the Parma-Telecom specialists formulated recommendations on the subsequent development of ITSK and on the creation of a common corporate IT company with a well-developed subsidiary network on the basis of the obtained experience to support all enterprises belonging to the TVEL corporation.
