Optimizing a process model for oil and gas production management

Organizational support for putting the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) into operation at pilot sites in 2016 - 2017 as per the Intelligent Field system project schedule:

- "Polazna" Central engineering office of LUKOIL PERM, LLC

- "South Yagun" Central engineering office 

From May to October 2016, ITPS was involved in a project for optimization of an oil and gas production management process model including integration of intelligent field technologies and description of roles and responsibilities for each business process for facilities of LUKOIL-West Siberia and LUKOIL PERM. 

ITPS designed and developed business processes and organizational and technical solutions for the Integrated Operations Center.
