Develop and ensure proper functioning of support processes to manage the implementation of IMS OGPD in LUKOIL PERM, LUKOIL West Siberia, LUKOIL KOMI, LUKOIL NORTH, LUKOIL Nizhnevolzhskneft, LUKOIL Kaliningradnorneft, RITEK LLC

  • To effectively manage the implementation of IMS OGPD, ITPS implemented the following processes:
  • Workload management
  • Calendar planning and follow-up
  • Managing risks
  • Managing changes
  • Managing communications
  • Resource planning and control
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly, six-month and annual  reporting
  • Task execution follow-up;
  • Project document flow
  • Supporting a website and project file share
  • Planning business trips
  • Organizing regular project conferences and sessions
  • Organizing offsite events
  • Delivering training sessions
  • Organizing work stations and administrative support

Result
In its 10 years creating, scaling and developing IMS OGPD Parma Telecom has successfully implemented management processes for project programs with as many as 500 participants. ITPS also developed necessary documentation for program management and each project, setting up a distributed project office and project team.
