Tasks
- Baseline data collection and analysis.
- Design and operational documentation analysis.
- Interaction with the CCI and Project offices.
- Development of the project schedule structure and populating it with the scheduled works in accordance with the existing methodology.
- Calculation of works’ expected duration based on the scope (operational documentation) and corresponding standards (Unified Norms and Prices, State Itemized Cost Estimate Standards).
- Quality analysis of the charts.
- Development of a data collection form for the status of works according to the schedule.
- Development of report layouts in the Oracle Primavera system.
Result
- Directive schedules for facility start-up for various subdivisions (level 1 schedules) have been created and detailed timelines for 19 facilities have been devised (level 3 schedules).
- A form has been developed to collect information on the status of works according to the schedule, required for updating the works’ status in the scheduling and control system and report layouts have been developed in the system based on Oracle Primavera.
- As a result of the collaboration, the specialists have achieved good results in terms of preparation of target project plans and thorough 3rd level schedules.
