Providing support to manage the project for creation of an integrated project management system (IPMS) in the Geological Exploration and Production business segment of LUKOIL PJSC.
ITPS provided business support for the IPMS project for 5 years (2011-2015). This comprehensive support included the following services:
ITPS provided business support for the IPMS project for 5 years (2011-2015). This comprehensive support included the following services:
- Developing key documents and procedures for project management
- Managing a project budget, resources and risks
- Managing a scope of work, calendar planning and control;
- Organizing a bidding process and managing contracts
- Managing communications and project document flow
- Regular multi-level reporting
- Organizing project conferences, working conferences and workshops
- Creating and supporting an IPMS portal and project office website
- Organizing work stations and providing administrative support.
Tasks
Create and ensure proper functioning of management support processes for the IPMS development and implementation project, i.e. a system of company standards, processes, procedures, tools and organizational measures designed to ensure high-caliber development and implementation of capital projects.
Result
From 2011 to 2015, ITPS provided business support for the IPMS development and implementation project. To ensure successful project implementation, ITPS organized management of support processes and set up a professional team. The project involved as many as 70 experts in different project disciplines who had experience of working in international oil and gas companies.
