To update and amend the schedule of implementation of the projects under the Work Program of the West Qurna Project according to the changes and amendments of the final Full Development Plan (FDP).
Collection of the information about the actual execution of works according to capital projects, information about the changes in the process flow charts and procedure of facilities commissioning.
Development of changes to the initial schedule. Analysis and approval of adjusted schedule of works with account of the sequence of facilities’ commissioning, contractual obligations and technical restrictions.
Result
Inclusion of the developed schedule into the Full Development Plan of West Qurna-2 Field and submission for approval to the state bodies of the Republic of Iraq.
