Developing a SOUTH STREAM project network for Gazprom Invest

As part of the project, ITPS alongside the Monitoring Department of Gazprom Invest team implemented the following:

• Collected and processed input data to create the schedule
• Developed a project activity breakdown structure
• Developed a standard operations template by construction type
• Analyzed and optimized required limitations, activity sequences and their duration
• Agreed the synchronized project schedule with function managers 
• Collected and processed information on actual progress

Proposed methods for reflecting information on actual progress within the schedule. 

ITPS* consultants demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry as well as best practices for calendar planning and project management and the ability to successfully coordinate different stakeholder requirements.
