Tasks
- Keeping the functional characteristics of migrated applications as they are, and making sure that operational characteristics are not inferior to those in place prior to the migration
- The systems may be unavailable only on non-business days; downtime should never exceed 48 hours
- Migrating to a platform supported by the target data center provider (changing the operating system, database and virtualization technology)
Result
- Migration of enterprise-level systems with a total user number of 2,000 people used for automation of the following business processes:
- Document management and record-keeping
- Budget planning
- Contract management
- Accounting, tax and management reporting
- Operational production reporting
- Planning and control of projects and assets of LUKOIL Overseas
- Project document management
