LUKOIL Technologies and ITPS have implemented a 1C-based corporate accounting system at LUKOIL-Chernomorye

The joint project team consisting of specialists from LUKOIL Technologies LLC, ITPS Group of Companies, and LUKOIL-Multifunctional Business Support Center LLC successfully completed the project on replication of the accounting system based on the Integrated Management System (IMS) 1C.Services corporate solution at LUKOIL-Chernomorye JSC.  

LUKOIL-Chernomorye JSC is a subsidiary of LUKOIL PJSC specializing in integrated ship and cargo services. The company provides customs clearance and services related to cargo delivery, export and import operations.

Before the project started, the company needed to ensure uniformity of work with accounting documents and regulatory and reference information in accordance with the requirements of the parent company. During the implementation, integration with corporate systems was configured to ensure timely information exchange. The solution helped to simplify the work of LUKOIL-Chernomorye employees by using corporate templates and regulated reporting in accordance with Russian and international standards, as well as to ensure the generation of corporate reports. The new system made it possible to keep records of inventory items, settlements with customers, suppliers (including foreign currency settlements), personnel, business and other transactions with centralized support.

"The solution meets the specified criteria, including those related to accounting and tax legislation, as well as the requirements of the parent company. Reporting requires up-to-date, complete and accurate information, which is available in the implemented system. In addition, the solution provides integration with related enterprise systems.
