BIOT digital service is demonstrated on TV Channel One

22.01.2024

On January 20, the viewers of the show "Our Everything" aired on Channel One, learned about the BIOT digital service – a development of the ITPS Group. The host of the show, Polina Vorobyova, tested the solution herself and, together with the TV crew, visited the center in Perm where the solution was developed.

The BIOT solution is designed for remote health monitoring, early disease detection and lifestyle management. The artificial intelligence continuously analyzes data from the client's smart wristband, builds a daily forecast by disease risk groups (diabetes, cardiovascular diseases), identifies risk factors, and provides recommendations in a convenient form for the doctor and the client.

"Our team is committed to creating a healthy society, prolonging people's productive lives and increasing the average life expectancy of the population. BIOT helps to identify events that can negatively affect a person's well-being and health, clearly shows the dynamics of indicators, and assesses the risk of disease development. Our top priority is to educate people to be more health conscious," emphasized Leonid Tikhomirov, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ITPS Group and the author of the idea of the BIOT project.

"The service helps people take regular care of their health, manage their lifestyles, and cope with the challenges of today's world – increased emotional and physical stress. Early detection of hidden risks can prevent serious consequences and high medical costs in the future. Health is a fundamental human value, and its preservation is at the heart of our work," commented Dmitry Poltorak, Director for Development at BIOT.

The science show "Our Everything" airs Saturdays. The show's host, Polina Vorobyova, introduces the audience to Russian technology, research & innovations news.
