Head of the Department for Logistics Processes, Maintenance and Content Management Sergey Sofronov, key account director Alexey Tsyganov and manager for business development Pavel Zavgorodny took part in the international conference “Procurement in the Oil and Gas Sector”, which was held on March 17 in Moscow.
Attendees had the chance to discuss such topics as import substitution and government support for oil and gas equipment, procurement trends in the oil and gas sector, procurement in the new economic environment, etc.
Pavel Zavgorodny: “Overall, the conference shows that optimization of procurement processes becomes critical amid the current economic environment. In addition to implementing new information systems, nowadays companies want to improve their business processes, giving ITPS more opportunities in terms of demand for comprehensive services for optimizing procurement business processes in oil and gas production and service companies.”
The conference was attended by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, Bashneft, Gazprom, Gazpromneft, Lukoil, Novatek, Sibur, Slavneft, Surgutneftegaz, Targin, Tatneft, Transneft, and other companies.
This year the conference was organized for the 11th time.
