Implementing a corporate project management system based on MS EPM in PermNIPIneft LLC

Project Objectives

  1. Evaluating the existing corporate project management system
  2. Developing a concept of a corporate project management system
  3. Developing standards for project management
  4. Training the PermNIPIneft personnel to work with the system
  5. Implementing pilot projects.

As part of the project ITPS* engineers developed and implemented 2 business processes -"Calendar Planning and Control" and "Information Management" and developed a series of documentation:

  • Concept regulation of the corporate project management system
  • System administrator's manual for the corporate project management system
  • User manual for the corporate project management system
  • Pilot testing program for the corporate project management system.

ITPS performed the following works:

  • Configured the corporate project management system
  • Trained PermNIPIneft personnel to use the corporate project management system
  • Implemented projects for such processes as "Calendar Planning and Control" and "Information Management".
