Developing a SOUTH STREAM project network for Gazprom Invest
Developing a synchronized schedule for the "Expanding the unified gas supply system for the South Stream gas pipeline" project using Oracle Primavera software.
As part of the project, ITPS alongside the Monitoring Department of Gazprom Invest team implemented the following:
- Collected and processed input data to create the schedule
- Developed a project activity breakdown structure
- Developed a standard operations template by construction type
- Analyzed and optimized required limitations, activity sequences and their duration
- Agreed the synchronized project schedule with function managers
- Collected and processed information on actual progress
Proposed methods for reflecting information on actual progress within the schedule.
