Project Objectives
Optimization and automation of the Belkamneft LLC business processes with the help of SAP.
The Parma-Telecom LLC consultants performed the following functions:
- modeling and setup of the key logistic processes (MM, SD);
- modeling and setup of the key financial, tax and management accounting processes (FI, CO);
- integration of processes as part of the SAP R/3 system;
- project documentation creation;
- user training and support at all project stages.
