15.07.2019

ITPS presented the latest developments in digital production and a report at the 10th  INNOPROM-2019 International Industrial Exhibition, held in Yekaterinburg on July 8-11, 2019. This major technical expo which covers an area of 50,000 m2 and boasts an extensive business program (of more than 160 events) is considered an important industrial, commercial and export platform in Russia. The objective of the event is to unite customers and advanced technology providers from around the world.

The focal point of INNOPROM-2019 is “Digital production: Integrated solutions”. On July 9, the exhibition was visited by the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, where the latest domestic developments in the field of informational technologies and telecommunications were presented to him. Digitalization of the Russian economy today is an important part of state policy, so almost all of activities on the INNOPROM business program touched on issues of IT development in the industrial sector. Panel members discussed the latest trends in manufacturing automation and state support measures, exchanging experiences of IT-integration.

A separate segment was dedicated to digitalization of the chemical industry. The event was moderated by the Director of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering Technologies of MIT of the Russian Federation, Alexander Orlov, and the Deputy Director of FSUE STC Khimvest, Igor Lyashkov. Heads of the IT divisions of the largest chemical companies and leading IT companies, including Sibur, Uralkhim, Kaspersky Industrial Cybersecurity, ITPS, 1С and others were present at the event.

Within the session, ITPS Director of Digital Production Alexey Mezentsev presented capabilities of the Russian digital production platform AVIST and successful case studies using it. According to the expert, the introduction of such high-caliber solutions ensures continuous operation of business systems and IIoT infrastructure. As a result, expenses are reduced up to 25%, in-process losses – by 3-8% and risk of accidents – by up to 12%.

“Working with big data, reducing decision-making times and  the human factor effect are the main challenges for enterprises that they bring to us. And we solve them together by creating a new intellectual business model. The result is achieved through the use of software solutions and proper organization, creating a unified and interconnected IT business configuration. We actively apply a restrictions model, using prediction cards of all the production systems of the enterprise on the basis of mathematical algorithms and technological expertise in order to acquire a more comprehensive,  high-quality picture for managers and specialists”,  said Alexey Mezentsev.

600 exhibitors from 20 countries took part in the INNOPROM exhibit this year. More than 46,000 visitors from 107 countries were registered. The ITPS stand received visitors over four days, most of whom were top managers of Russian and foreign companies, representatives of regional (60 Russian regions) and federal authorities.
