ITPS presented a IIoT solution at a meeting for representatives of the Perm IT industry with the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin

12.09.2017

The ITPS Group of Companies took part in the meeting with the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and representatives of the Kama Region IT industry, which was held at ER-Telecom Holding JSC. The head of state was given an overview of the achievements of the Perm Region ITC cluster. Over the course of the event, a joint solution developed by partner companies ER-Telecom Holding and ITPS – namely an AVIST digital production platform based on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technologies was presented.

Dmitry Tachkin, Head of the "Industrial Internet of Things" center at ITPS, gave the head of state an overview of the company's development, briefing him on the Industrial Internet of things and digital production platform AVIST,  as well as the joint "Digital Production" solution based on this platform.

The digital production platform AVIST allows for technological data (pressure, temperature, consumption, volume of liquid in tanks, etc.), to be collected and analyzed in real time and an accurate integrated production model and optimized production plans to be built and for integrated management to be performed based on the aforementioned parameters.

Data mining of the collected enterprise data and development of production models are based on algorithms and mathematical models of process facilities and production , developed by Russian scientists. The AVIST platform is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software Programs.

The solution has been used for several years at one of the world's largest oil fields - West Qurna 2 in Iraq. It has helped to generate annual revenues in excess of $150 million.

The application of the solution ensures reduction of investment and operating costs by 10-15%, an increase in production and recoverable reserves by 5-10% (for new fields, up to 15%), oil recovery factor growth, an increase of production efficiency, environmental and industrial safety, and labour protection optimization.

While perusing the Perm Information Technology Cluster Enterprises Exhibition, Vladimir Putin was notified that only 3% of the country's wells are currently connected to the Industrial Internet. The use of this system at only the most efficient fields around Russia, would generate in excess of 150 billion rubles a year according to the most conservative estimates.
