FORBES: Success for Export. Ten Tips from the Best Russian Export Companies

The Export Company of the Year Award in the international cooperation and export category was awarded in a ceremony in Moscow. According to the General Director of REC Andrei Slepnev, the award was designed to promote success stories of Russian business abroad, to motivate and inspire entrepreneurs and encourage them to become exporters. This year, REC received more than 1,600 applications, 70% of which were from small businesses. The ITPS Group of Companies was declared the winner in the “Service Provider” category.

“To be successful in foreign markets, first and foremost, you must build processes based on international standards. The first thing we encountered when entering a new market in the service sector were the compliance requirements as regards international standards for management, business processes and design solutions. This is a huge undertaking that needs to be done right at the time of establishing a business”, said Leonid Tikhomirov, CEO of the ITPS Group of Companies.
