"Profile" magazine published an overview of the IT market in 2015, in which experts and market participants commented on the current situation in the industry, and cited the most important IT development trends.

Leonid Tikhomirov, General Director of Parma-Telecom, ITPS Group of Companies, provided some insights for this review, analysing possible solutions for implementing the import substitution policy.

"The focus on import substitution and support of domestic developers in the field of ICT is evidenced in the development of domestic analogues and solutions that can be integrated with industrial systems, which have been tried and tested on the international market, and then expanding their capabilities," noted Leonid Tikhomirov.
