Improving procurement process – Success Story of ITPS Group client

Based on the results of the project «Implementation of the Procurement Management System based on SAP SRM 7.01» implemented by ITPS Group in LUKOIL Mid-East Ltd., SAP published a Success Story.

The implementation of the project allowed LUKOIL Mid-East Ltd. to achieve overall improvement of the procurement process and achieve the following key indicators:

• 15% reduction in procurement process time;
• 15% reduction in labor costs for routine and small procurements;
• 40% increase in companies registered in the database of suppliers and contractors for the first year of the operation.
