Digital future of the oil and gas region. ITPS at the «Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – 2022» exhibition

ITPS presented its key developments and services at the 24th International Exhibition Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – OGU 2022 (May 18-20, 2022, Tashkent). ITPS presented its cases, technologies, and solutions at the joint booth of Perm Territory, which hosted 18 companies operating in four areas: digital solutions for oil & gas and oilfield services companies, occupational health and safety, unique technologies, and new materials, as well as the construction of pipelines and wells.

The international exhibition and conference Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – OGU is the leading industry event in the region; every year it gathers leading representatives of the business and expert community, authorities, and top managers of the largest oil and gas corporations. During OGU-2022, representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Uzbekhydroenergo, Uzbekneftegaz, Uztransgaz, Gazprom EP International, and other companies got acquainted with the ITPS solutions.

ITPS presented innovative methods and scenarios for using digital 'smart field' tools and continuous production management provided as a single service. This approach allows oil and gas companies to quickly get all the necessary functions without long-term implementations and capital expenditures. The integrated solution includes the technologies of Industry 4.0: digital twins of mining assets, artificial intelligence and machine learning, industrial Internet of Things, integrated production management systems, and much more.

"Success in any market, especially in such a highly competitive one as IT in the oil and gas industry of Uzbekistan, largely depends not only on the conjuncture but also on the level of technological maturity of enterprises, on their desire to move forward along the path of digital development. In this regard, we see Uzbekistan as a promising and soon-to-be-developed digital region. There is a pronounced interest in innovative technologies that increase oil and gas-producing assets' economic and production potential. We were convinced of this during B2B meetings with the representatives of the industry of Uzbekistan," commented Rustam Kamalov, Deputy General Director for Oil & Gas Solutions at ITPS.
