ITPS solution improves quality of procurement management and inventory accounting at Gazprom Neft Badra

23.08.2016

The ITPS Group has automated business processes related to inventory and warehouse management using SAP ERP for Gazprom Neft Badra. The implemented solution helped to reduce time and improve the quality of planning, procurement management and inventory accounting.

During the first phase of implementation of the inventory and warehouse management system, ITPS analyzed customer business processes related to planning material requirements and procurement for maintenance and repair needs as well as inventory and financial accounting. In addition, ITPS studied automated business processes based on SAP Plant Maintenance. Based on this analysis, ITPS developed a solution and described key business processes to be automated and their implementation in SAP ERP.

After successful acceptance testing and user training in Iraq the inventory and warehouse management system was entered into operation. ITPS continues to provide technical support for the system.
