ITPS Group announces the integration of a new Adaptive Capacity Index into its BIOT digital health service. This metric provides users with a data-driven assessment of their body's resilience, offering deeper insights into their overall well-being.
The Adaptive Capacity Index measures the body's ability to mobilize physiological reserves to maintain balance. A higher score indicates greater resilience, equating to more energy for daily tasks, work, and personal pursuits, as well as a faster recovery from stress or illness.
The index is calculated using proprietary algorithms that analyze health data from a user's smart bracelet. This new feature is available to all BIOT subscribers, regardless of their plan tier.
