24.05.2024

The 9th annual “Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR)” conference took place in Nizhny Novgorod on May 21-24. As part of the event, the BIOT digital service (developed by ITPS) was presented at the stand of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

BIOT is designed for remote health monitoring and disease development risk assessment. The service automatically analyses data from a smart wristband and a person's medical history. Algorithms assess the risks of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes on a daily basis and form personalized recommendations for the client and the doctor with the help of artificial intelligence. One of the key tasks of partnership in the field of human health monitoring is to build up expertise. The joint project has been implemented on the basis of the Innovation Centre of Lobachevsky Nizhny Novgorod State University.

Experts of the ITPS Group of Companies also took part in the “Artificial Intelligence in Medicine” section of the CIPR conference. Firstly, the participants of the session noted the importance of supporting the patients through AI solutions, which relieve the load and routine tasks from the doctors. Secondly, a preventive approach is important which includes risk identification and disease prevention.

“Our solution meets today's needs and challenges. Creating a healthy society, extending the working life of a person, increasing the average life expectancy of the population, and improving its quality requires comprehensive effort. For this purpose, we have developed BIOT. Cooperation with Nizhny Novgorod University allows us to reach our goals. Taking care of one's own health, including with the help of wearable devices, should become a priority for all,” emphasized Dmitrii Tachkin, Head of the ITPS Digital Solutions Centre.

CIPR is a key business event on the digital economy in Russia. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin spoke at the plenary session. The event was also attended by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Deputy Prime Ministers Dmitry Grigorenko and Dmitry Chernyshenko, Russian Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadaev and other officials. CIPR's main goal is to create a constructive dialogue between government and business on the digital transformation of Russia's economy and industries.
