Specialists of LUKOIL-Technology, together with ITPS experts, implemented a project on developing the Innovation and Communication Support System (ISU SPIC) corporate industry portal for the oil-refining, petrochemical and gas processing division of the LUKOIL Group. The upgraded portal acquired a cutting-edge design and new functionality in line with the current digital transformation strategy of the LUKOIL Group enterprises.

ITPS specialists migrated the portal solution to a new platform and implemented new services, making the portal more informative, clear, and convenient for everyday use. The solution's functionality includes a widget system, offering users direct access to the information they seek. The portal pages have been adapted for use on mobile devices.

The portal now has about 20 new services necessary to improve business efficiency. For example, an innovative reporting system, a centralized location for collecting, registering, and processing ideas for improving production processes with the ability to accumulate experience and exchange ideas between enterprises.

The portal uses a unique method of system storage of documents in a single workspace with the ability to quickly search for the necessary materials. The oil refining, petrochemical and gas processing division employees have a direct two-way communication channel with the management, including an opportunity to ask any professional question and get feedback. Moreover, the portal now has several social apps, such as the Gallery of honor, Media gallery, Puzzle, and Interesting fact. More than 3,700 specialists in the division have access to the portal.

"Portal solutions are critical for the convenience of users. They help keep work records in order and have a good impact on the economy of the company. They can help streamline communications and business processes. ITPS has been creating corporate portals for more than 12 years to solve problems from top management, marketing, HR, and project teams. We are grateful to LUKOIL-Technologies for valuable joint experience and hope that the updated ISU SPIC portal will become a useful application tool and help the employees in their daily operation," comments Dmitrii Fedorochev, Director for Implementation and Development of Corporate Information Systems at the ITPS Group of Companies.
