ITPS Group is placed first in the "Leader of the Perm Territory" contest

10.01.2023

On December 29, 2022, the award ceremony for the "Leader of the Perm Region" contest took place in Perm. The expert councils established under the relevant regional ministries reviewed almost 130 applications submitted to the contest. Forty-two projects reached the final. A quantitative vote of the regional commission headed by Governor Dmitrii Mahonin determined the winners among the finalists.

The ITPS Group won the "Information Technologies and Telecommunications" nomination with a project to develop a digital BIOT service. It allows early detection of diseases and receiving recommendations and support from a personal physician. The Vice Governor of the Perm Territory, Alexei Chernikov, handed out the award to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ITPS Group of Companies and the creator of the BIOT idea, Leonid Tikhomirov.

"Protecting the health and improving the quality and duration of life are the main tasks of BIOT, relevant for all people worldwide. By introducing and improving preventive medicine methods, we solve several other important social tasks. A healthy society means reducing risks at work, increasing activity and working longevity for the working population, and reducing alarming statistics in the field of diseases of the cardiovascular system, metabolic disorders, etc. Our approach helps adjust a person's lifestyle and increase the adaptive capabilities of the body, which help to endure the physical and emotional stresses of modern life more efficiently. We are elated that our efforts have been appreciated at a high level. The honorary title of leader obliges us to actively develop the project and bring even more benefits to society," emphasized Leonid Tikhomirov.

The BIOT digital service is a medical decision support system that automatically collects and analyzes human health indicators obtained from a wearable device (HEALBE GoBe smart wristband) and identifies the risks of metabolic, cardiovascular, and other diseases at an early stage using mathematical algorithms.
