ITPS Presents Russian Digital Solutions at ADIPEC 2021

19.11.2021

The ITPS presented its digital developments and solutions at the 24th International Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference ADIPEC 2021, held from November 15 to 18, 2021, in Abu Dhabi. ADIPEC takes place annually in the UAE capital and is one of the largest and most important oil industry events in the Middle East.

ADIPEC plays a crucial role in the innovative development of the global oil & gas market. An extensive exposition, a busy business program, and face-to-face business meetings contribute to the conclusion of new contracts. During all these four days, the exhibition hosted a vast professional community of over 2000 companies from all over the world.

"We sense that live communication in the business world is more sought-after than ever nowadays. Last year the conference was held online, and now we see how excited people are to get back into their normal work routines. The oil and gas industry worldwide, especially the upstream block, is focused on digitalizing processes and shaping IT strategy relevant to the business challenges. Digital technologies of integrated modelling and creation of digital twins, intellectual field management based on artificial intelligence and many others are of the greatest interest," noted Sanjar Abidov, Manager ITPS.

The ITPS presented its own AVIST Oil&Gas integration platform and its software complex, allowing automated model updating with production data for further analytical operations. In the days of ADIPEC, the company's booth was visited by LUKOIL CEO Vagit Alekperov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Head of Digital Transformation Pavel Sorokin, and other high-ranking guests of the exhibition as well as numerous representatives of delegations of various countries such as Iraq, Bahrain, UAE, etc.

"The oil & gas market is looking for new effective IT solutions. Everyone needs examples of successful implementation. Today, many companies are adopting digitalization and integrated modelling technologies and are becoming convinced that it is a complex and time-consuming process that is not easy to integrate into the daily operations of a company. Production and development managers, engineers, geologists may not have the skills to work with models, as that's not their expertise. To help them use the potential of digital tools, we have developed AVIST Oil&Gas. This solution allows simplifying the process of work with models in many respects, due to which the enterprise gets more leverage in its hands and more opportunities to achieve efficiency," emphasized Leonid Tikhomirov, CEO of the ITPS.
