ITPS Experts Presented Advanced Russian Solutions at the 10th St. Petersburg International Gas Forum

12.10.2021

On October 5-8, 2021, St. Petersburg hosted the 10th anniversary St. Petersburg International Gas Forum (SPIGF-2021), involving over 3.5 thousand specialists, top managers, scientists, industry experts from 30 countries. As part of the exhibition, the ITPS Group of Companies presented Russian digital innovations: AVIST Oil&Gas integration platform designed to solve business tasks of oil & gas production companies and BIOT integrated solution that helps take care of health and performance of the personnel.

Over its ten-year history, the St. Petersburg International Gas Forum has gained the status of one of the most significant congresses and exhibition events in the industry, acting as a platform for a dialogue between the leading market players and government representatives. We presented the ITPS digital solutions at the collective stand of the Perm Territory, visited by the top managers of Gazprom such as Vitaly Markelov, Deputy Chairman of the Board, Sergei Menshikov, and Vyacheslav Mikhalenko, members of the Board and Heads of Departments.

Experts consider the concept of the Digital Field to be one of the key vectors of industry development for the coming years. This global trend implies a transition to innovative management methods using artificial intelligence technologies, digital twins, integrated planning tools, potential management, etc. The ITPS Group of Companies has developed a proprietary approach to implementation of the Smart Field technologies and methods based on the Russian AVIST Oil&Gas solution, which can be used by oil & gas companies as a digital estimation and analytical service today. According to the developers, such a format is optimal for companies willing to achieve rapid profit growth by incorporating digital tools into the operational cycle of production management and field development.

"During the 17 years of operating in the oil & gas market, the ITPS team has identified several key principles for upstream asset management. We understand that implementing a digital model and building effective asset management based on forecasts and analytical calculations performed are not the same. We developed the AVIST Oil&Gas solution to address the second challenge. It allows you to get targeted results in a matter of months that would have taken years to achieve in the past. Providing the tools and capabilities of the platform as a service enables the enterprises to streamline the production of business cases so that the economic effect accumulates and brings more and more tangible benefits," said Rustam Kamalov, Deputy General Director for Oil & Gas Solutions at ITPS.

Another in-house development that the ITPS Group of Companies presented to the participants and guests of SPIGF-2021 is the BIOT service designed for remote health monitoring. The innovative service, built on the principles of IIoT and mathematical algorithms developed jointly with leading Russian medical experts, has excellent potential for application at gas industry enterprises and any complex high-tech production, requiring precise actions and a high concentration of personnel.
