Intelligent Production Management as a Business Strategy Tool. ITPS at the Summit ‘Industry 4.0. Digital Factory’

The IV Russian Interindustry Summit ‘Industry 4.0. Digital Factory’ took place in Moscow on September 15-16, 2021. The Summit's goal was to establish a fruitful conversation between government agencies, various industries, and leading IT solutions integrators. The ITPS Group experts presented innovative approaches to the digitalization of industrial enterprises with a continuous production cycle.

The event's main topic was the development of new production management models based on IIoT, AI, Predictive Analysis/Optimization, and other Industry 4.0 technologies. Nowadays, the whole industrial sector is evolving in this direction, and the most active market players have already made considerable progress. The business program of the Summit started with the congress "Digital Factory: Future or Present?", the participants of which presented a few strategic programs for digitalization of production and business processes. Most of the speakers emphasized that the implemented projects should not be limited to the implementation of IT systems resulting in new opportunities and competencies that would become part of the daily work of the company.
