ITPS takes leading positions in Production Management portal rankings for 2020

26.04.2021

Production Management Business Portal has published the annual rating Information Technology Leaders in Industry 2020, which has been held annually since 2013. The ITPS Group of Companies, specializing in the digital transformation of significant oil and gas and industrial enterprises, took 1st place in the Production management rankings (APS, MRP, MES, MDC/MDA), and 2nd place in the nomination Best provider of IT solutions for oil and gas industry.

The main goal of the ranking is to name the leaders of the Russian IT market with unique experience in improving the efficiency of industrial enterprises by introducing modern digital tools and management models. While evaluating the results of activities in the past year, the market participants were aware that the challenges of 2020 would influence the revenue for the year. However, most of the ranking participants demonstrated steady growth in revenue from the projects implemented for industrial companies. The revenue increased significantly as compared to 2019 – from 39.5 to 82.7 billion rubles. New leaders also appeared on the list, which led to some reshuffling of positions in the ranking.

The ITPS Group of Companies topped the rating Production management (APS, MRP, MES, MDC/MDA). ITPS took the second position in the Best supplier of IT solutions for oil and gas industry nomination, with the biggest number of completed projects – 71 in the reporting period. ITPS is also among the top three in the Corporate Information Management Systems (ERP), Asset and MRO Management (EAM), Performance Management (BI, CPM), Logistics Management (procurement, SCE, SCM, WMS, TMS) nominations. ITPS took 4th place in the overall rating IT Leaders for Russian Industry 2020.

“2020 was an unprecedentedly complicated year for all industries, and for oil and gas in particular. Despite the challenges and constraints, we fulfilled all obligations to customers and even increased our project activity. This has become possible thanks to the growing demand for remote control technologies, the Industrial Internet of Things, and process analytics, which help increase production profitability without major capital investments. We have implemented several projects completely remotely: we created digital twins, optimized management of maintenance and repair, integrated digital procurement with global trading platforms, trained personnel to work with digital solutions, and much more. I am confident that our company is ready for further developments in the global economy, offering our partners numerous tools and opportunities for growth,” emphasized the CEO of the ITPS Group of Companies, Leonid Tikhomirov.
