ITPS Introduces Digital Monitoring System to Ensure Compliance with Quarantine Measures and Recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor

26.05.2020

The ITPS Group of Companies automated the process of monitoring the implementation of measures for the prevention of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) contained in the Letter of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare dd. 04/20/2020 No. 02/7376-2020-24 . The authority recommends that organizations and employers ensure that their employees comply with all advised safety measures on the premises, transport, outside, etc.

On May 12, 2020, the official non-working days determined by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation came to an end and citizens began returning to their workplaces. The main condition for this process is compliance to the standard requirements and recommendations for the prevention of COVID-19, i.e. providing all measures for prompt response for the possible health risks to the workers. For most companies these tasks have become absolutely new: to purchase and provide employees with personal protective equipment (gloves, masks and sanitizers), take body temperature measurement, conduct surveys on the health status of employees and the people whom they live with, and monitor implementation of the required safety and prevention standards.

The ITPS Group of Companies automated the functions of collecting data on compliance with the regulations and preparing reports for state authorities. A survey was uploaded to the internal portal for the monitoring of the implementation of the necessary requirements by employees, compiling analytics and providing a report at the request of the regulating authority. The digital solution captures the following data for each employee of the enterprise, body temperature, movement (on foot by public or personal transporation), self-assessment of well-being and other parameters. Statistics in the form of graphs and charts is generated by pressing a single button and allows you to quickly gather data for a group of people or for each specific user individually.

“The threat of the COVID-19 spread changed the way how organizations work. With high mobility and all modern means by working from home, the switch to remote work was quick and almost pain free. Today step-by-step we get return to the traditional way of work. How do you monitor compliance with the recommendations and reporting to the regulating authority? It is cheaper and more productive to solve this problem using a simple and convenient digital form. It is not distracting from the main business activities, as a report is generated in a matter of minutes, and most importantly, this tool is always at hand. Don’t forget, that the data is collected not only for reporting, but for the timely assessment of the current state of employees, obtaining feedback on the effectiveness of preventive measures and planning further actions in this area,” noted Leonid Tikhomirov.
