ITPS at the "Digital Enterprise in the Mining and Metallurgical Industry" Seminar

Approximately 50 employees from companies such as Eurocement Group, Novolipetsk Steel, United Metallurgical Company, RUSAL, Severstal, SIBENCO, PhosAgro, Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant, ITPS and others took part in the seminar on "Digital Enterprise in the Mining and Metallurgical Industry" organized by our partner OSIsoft.

ITPS presented a prototype of the company's "digital clone", created using the AVIST Industrial Internet of Things platform and learnings and case studies from previously implemented projects. This solution provides monitoring of equipment status, intelligent processing of events and recording of breakages in real-time mode. Key indicators and deviations in the operation of equipment are automatically displayed on the dashboard, enabling a timely response to the event. Integration of the solution with the ERP-system allows for preventive maintenance and repair to be performed through the accounting and forecasting of the actual condition of the equipment. This solution is relevant for large industrial enterprises.

During the seminar, productive and informative meetings were held with representatives of major industrial enterprises.
