ITPS successfully passed the SAP VAR-Delivered Support certification process, and was subsequently award ‘Partner Center of Expertise’ (SAP PCOE) status, affirming the quality of its SAP user support services

VAR-Delivered Support is a customer support model which helps users get license support services through a partner, thus reducing request response time. Only partners which have been awarded certification for service quality, hardware and software are allowed to provide such services to end users. Certification is provided by the SAP Expertise Center.

ITPS confirmed that it possesses the required number of SAP specialists, appropriate competencies and that its infrastructure meets the SAP user support requirements. This means that our customers can count on SAP support that is fully compliant with SAP AG standards.

Partner Center of Expertise status lasts for one year and requires re-certification on an annual basis.
