Using KPIs to manage EMR processes on the SAP platform

On 26 October in Moscow, a workshop "Using KPIs for MRO process control on the SAP platform" for managers/project managers dealing with EMR management system implementation was held. The main speaker – Victor Lekhtsind (SAP MRO consultant since 2002, more than 30 years of practical experience) – is the Chief Specialist of the Department of Logistic Processes, MRO and Content Management of Parma-Telecom LLC.

The workshop covered the following topics:

• Issues when it comes to using KPIs in MRO.
• Review of the KPIs for managing MRO processes (pros/cons).
• Practical recommendations on collection and retrieval of the initial data necessary for calculating KPIs in the SAP ERP system.
• Examples of analytical report and template creation for the evaluation of MRO operations.
