ITPS holds online workshop on effective project management

ITPS Group held a workshop “Increasing Cost Efficiency of Contract Works by Managing Projects More Effectively” at 12:00 noon on April 26.   

ITPS experts shared their experience in evaluating tender documentation, managing projects, coordinating design, procurement and construction processes, planning workflows on site and ensuring effective communication with customers.

The workshop included a presentation of an ITPS solution based on Oracle Primavera for project management in a general contractor organization. 

The workshop was attended by operations manager from manufacturing companies, economic planning executives, specialists responsible for project management and IT directors.
