Summit for oil and gas industry executives from Russia and CIS countries in UAE

Parma Telecom (ITPS) attended the Summit for Oil and Gas Industry Executives from Russia and CIS Countries, which was held from February 20 to 21, 2014 in Dubai (UAE).  Being the largest IT contractor for oil and gas companies in Russia and CIS countries, ITPS acted as a summit partner.

The summit was attended by about 250 delegates, including executives from major oil and gas companies, investors, representatives of global and local authorities, and service suppliers.

This was the fourth time the summit served as a unique platform for sharing ideas, opinions, experience and discussing strategic plans among executives of leading oil and gas processing companies, while providing an excellent opportunity to establish constructive dialog with potential business partners, i.e. contractors, equipment suppliers, and consultants.

ITPS has already operated in the UAE market for five years. Over this period, ITPS companies have implemented a number of significant projects. One such project — “Implementation of an Integrated IT System at Lukoil Mid-East Ltd” — even won the “Project of the Year” competition arranged by the Russian division of Global CIO and was recognized as the best industry solution in the fuel and energy sector in 2012.
