"The digital twin is a key tool for improving the economic efficiency of an oil and gas production asset. It is crucial for fulfilling the production plan at the fields with complex geological structure and multiple factors hindering the development. This was the key topic at the 9th International Scientific and Practical Conference, "Intelligent Field: Innovative Technologies from Well to Trunk Pipe," held in Sochi from 3 to 9 October 2021.

The ITPS experts and their colleagues from Gazpromneft-Vostok LLC presented the results of implementation and use of the integrated modeling technology (digital twin) at the facilities of the Urmano-Archinskaya group of fields. The implemented solution allows the most effective use of the existing stock of wells and prompt control of technological modes and events affecting the volumes of extracted raw materials.
