MORION DIGITAL: Investments, Business Shares, Options and Other Pitfalls of Innovation

On one hand, the IT business is full of captivating tasks, challenges, creative ideas, and a lot of prospects. On the other hand it also has risks and responsibilities. Work with startups demonstrates that when it comes to real profits, serious disputes between the stakeholders often arise. How to achieve a balance between the interests of the founders and investors which can often be opposed? What legal aspects should be considered at the beginning of the project? How to protect intellectual property? These and other issues were discussed at an expert session at the Morion Digital TV studio “Investments, business shares, options, and other pitfalls of innovation”. Experts of the ITPS Group of Companies were invited to participate in the discussion and exchange of experience with the lawyers of the technopark.
