Predictive MRO based on the ITPS integration solution

The journal "Automation in Industry" published an article by V. Lekhtsind and A. Trofimyuk on "Predictive Maintenance Based on the ITPS Integration Solution"

The ITPS integration solution for ERP and MES level systems has made it possible to increase the reliability and availability of operational information on equipment, primarily, through automated retrieval of information from an online database and elimination of a human element within operations. The number and amount of deviations in performance when conducting maintenance plans has been reduced through the use of a predictive service model. In addition, a significant proven effect is the reduction in labour costs for equipment operation data input in the MRO management system.
