Objective  

To develop design documentation for FEED stage for Industrial Control Systems, Instrumentation & Controls, and Automated Power Consumption Metering System in the framework of implementation of the project: Construction of Gas Treatment Plant Facilities and Surface Infrastructure Development of Kandym Group of Fields

Implementation Description

ITPS specialists developed the following documents within the design documentation package for the gas treatment plant, gas gathering system, gas export pipeline, and other facilities of the offsite zone:

  1. Main solutions for process monitoring and process control automation;
  2. List of equipment and materials for the following subsystems: Distributed Control System,  Emergency Shutdown System, Fire and Gas Detection System, Automated Power Consumption Metering System;
  3. General block diagram of the Industrial Control System;
  4. Industrial Control System structure flowchart;
  5. Layout of equipment in instrument rooms and control rooms;
  6. Industrial Control System hardware system block diagram;
  7. Equipment power consumption calculation;
  8. Terms of reference for development of Industrial Control Systems (Distributed Control System, Emergency Shutdown System, Fire and Gas Detection System, Automated Power Consumption Metering System);
  9. Terms of reference for development of Automated Power Consumption Commercial Metering System;
  10. Terms of reference for development of MES;
  11. Automated Power Consumption Metering System automation diagram;
  12. Layout of Automated Power Consumption Metering System equipment;
  13. Definitions and organization chart;
  14. Simplified arrangements of human-machine interface displays;
  15. Terms of reference for meteorological monitoring subsystems including:
    1. Terms of reference for design and delivery of the gauge laboratory;
    2. Terms of reference for design and delivery of the gas metering station;
    3. Terms of reference for design and delivery of the condensate metering and offloading station;
    4. Terms of reference for design and delivery of the water intake metering station;
    5. Terms of reference for design and delivery of the bulk metering station.               

Result

In total, in accordance with the contract, ITPS consultants developed 21 documents.
