Creation of an enterprise content management and enterprise information system for the UK Vils LLC

Project Objectives

In 2008 the company decided to implement an electronic document flow system integrated with a corporate portal, built on the basis of the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 software to create a common information space of the company and ensure data exchange between the portal and Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 software products, financial accounting systems etc. To solve this issue the company decided to involve an external expert having practical experience of the implementation of Microsoft software products and their integration.

Government
During the project the Parma-Telecom LLC expert, having practical experience of software products implementation, took part in the documents expertise, presentations and negotiations with SW vendors, discussions on the arising methodological and technical issues, evaluated risks and gave recommendations on the definition of promising areas of further system integration and development.
