Implementing and scaling the oil and gas company investment project planning and follow-up system.

Project Objectives

Increasing management efficiency for investment projects related to capital construction, development drilling, exploration drilling, and well workover.

ITPS was a general contractor for rolling out the investment project planning and follow-up system. Implementing the investment project planning and follow-up system will allow for:

  • Generation and editing of calendar plans for investment activities as part of investment projects within a planned period
  • Tracking dates of investment activities, timely decision-making and preventing time losses
  • Ensuring effective interactions between functions during implementation of investment initiatives at the level of "LUKOIL Nizhnevolzhskneft", "LUKOIL Komi" and contractor divisions
  • Consolidating data from investment activities into project archives.

Result

All projects were implemented within a specified timeframe and to the required standard.
