Realization of the SAP/R3 Enterprise Management System implementation and adjustment project for the RN-Inform LLC

Implementation and finalization of the enterprise information system of the NK Rosneft OJSC based on SAP R/3.

Project Objectives

To improve the performance of production company management, according to the enterprise management system solutions based on SAP R/3 of the NK Rosneft OJSC and according to the financial, tax and management accounting requirements of the company and subsidiaries.

As part of the project "Modification of the enterprise information system based on SAP R/3 in the Vankorneft CJSC in terms of the business scenarios "Accounting of finished products (oil, gas, gas oil, sand), "Finished products sales", including the scenario "Oil export under a commission agreement. Vankorneft – Customer" and "Oil sales at the internal market" Parma-Telecom LLC consultants achieved the following objectives:

  1. Jointly with the Client's specialists functional requirements to the implementation of missing automation scenarios in the enterprise information system were set and approved;
  2. A detailed roadmap for scenarios implementation in SAP R/3 was developed;
  3. Project works and statements of works were documented and approved;
  4. Standatd reporting requirements were finalized and approved. Additional reports (executive balances for finished products) were developed;
  5. Detailed design of automated scenarios was performed, including the creation of ABAP code development specifications;
  6. Setup and adaptation in SAP R/3 was performed, authorities were set up, workstations (LRM) were created;
  7. User manuals were developed, users were trained, user support was provided in real time during the pilot production and production operation periods;

 As part of the project "Implementation of the enterprise information system based on SAP R/3 in the Vostsibneftegaz OJSC in terms of the business scenarios "Accounting of finished products", "Sales of finished products" (oil, gas, gas oil, other) the Parma-Telecom LLC consultants fulfilled the following tasks:

  1. A study was effected, the functional requirements to automation were agreed;
  2. A detailed implementation roadmap was developed;
  3. Project works and statements of works were documented and approved;
  4. Standard reporting development requirements were set and approved. Reports (executive balances for finished products) were developed;
  5. Detailed design of automated scenarios was performed, including the creation of ABAP code development specifications;
  6. Setup and adaptation in SAP R/3 was performed, authorities were set up, workstations (LRM) were created;
  7. User manuals were developed, users were trained, user support was provided in real time during the pilot production and production operation periods.
