The integrated production planning system AVIST.Planning is now part of the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation

22.01.2020

By the decision of the Expert Council for Software under the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, AVIST.Planning integrated production planning system has been included in the Unified Register of Russian Software for Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

AVIST.Planning is an in-house development of the ITPS Group of Companies, designed to automate the integrated planning process for various timeframes (14, 90, 365 days). The product implements modern artificial intelligence algorithms – machine learning and genetic algorithms. AVIST.Planning provides consolidation and interconnection of functional plans of production departments, as well as collection, storage, processing and analysis of production data necessary to optimize and monitor integrated plan implementation. Implementation of the tool improves production planning accuracy, increases equipment overhaul period and reduces the time required for synchronizing and updating action plans.

AVIST.Planning functionality can be used in almost any industry. The biggest effect can be achieved when using the product as part of an integration platform (for example, AVIST.Oil&Gas – a specialized ITPS solution for oil and gas enterprises, which is also included in the registry). With this approach, companies can build a digital model of sustainable process control and achieve maximum production efficiency. In the oil and gas sector, the economic effect is achieved by minimizing shortfalls (planned losses) in hydrocarbon production, increasing the oil recovery factor, reducing well shutdowns, restrictions, accidents, emergency situations, etc.

“The popularization of domestic programs and equipment should take place not only outside of Russia, but in the domestic market as well. Today we have many examples of successful competition between Russian software and the leading foreign competitors’ products. Our developments often surpass the products of international vendors in technical and commercial parameters but lose out in terms of marketing. This problem is successfully solved by the register of Russian software programs. With its help, the customers can quickly work through the variety of offers and choose the best software products, the quality and safety of which have been confirmed by experts of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. Introduction of AVIST.Planning to the register indicates compliance of our solution with international quality standards and the requirements of Russian legislation,” said Leonid Tikhomirov, CEO of the ITPS Group of Companies.
