AVIST Digital Production Platform by ITPS at the Annual Regional Conference OSIsoft

On May 15-16, Moscow hosted the seventh regional OSIsoft conference, dedicated to digital transformation of a modern enterprise, industrial Internet of Things, and the new production concept Industry 4.0.

Within the framework of the conference, the speakers were the leading specialists from OSIsoft, ITPS, Gazprom, Kaspersky Lab, Microsoft and others.

The report on “Comprehensive solution AVIST.HSE for healthy and safe production” was prepared by the Head of ITPS Digital Solutions Department, Dmitry Tachkin. Improved efficiency of production management at a modern enterprise today is performed using the elements of the Industry 4.0 concept, such as Industrial Internet of Things, big data, cloud technologies, augmented reality, mobile technologies, etc. These technologies are implemented in AVIST product family of the ITPS Companies that integrate with software by SAP, OSIsoft and other vendors.

The following reports were presented together with the partners: “Creation of an integrated production management system: on the example of implementation of Yokogawa and ITPS solutions” (Aleksey Mezentsev, Head of the Department for Industrial Automation and Telecommunications, ITPS, Yevgeny Nazarov, Coordinator of International Projects at Yokogawa Electric CIS LLC) and “Industrial Internet of wells — experience of Russian companies” (Dmitry Romanov, Deputy Head of the Department for Industrial Automation and Telecommunications, ITPS, Kirill Poroshin, Sales Director for Oil & Gas Sector at ER-Telecom Holding JSC).

ITPS Group also presented a demo stand based on AVIST digital production platform, which demonstrated elements of a real-life situational centre managing one of the oil & gas fields and an IoT solution model — remote monitoring and diagnostics of the equipment status, from online diagnostics to predicative analysis and predictive management models based on AVIST.Operation.
