The 4th Perm Engineering and Industrial Forum was held on April 19-20 where the ITPS Group of Companies presented reports in the sections "Digital Oil-field" and "Labour Productivity".
The forum was traditionally held with the participation of the Governor of Perm Territory, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Information Development and Communication and other representatives of government bodies. Round tables and sessions, open conferences, seminars and discussions were held on improving labour productivity, digital economy and production as well as enhancing industrial cooperation with the largest federal companies, such as Gazprom, Sibur, LUKOIL, RZD, Rostelekom and others. Participants received a unique opportunity to present their ideas and exchange experiences.
At the “Digital Oil-field” roundtable along with the developments of the enterprises participating in the complex project “Inelligent Oil-Field”, the CEO of ITPS Leonid Tikhomirov presented the digital production platform AVIST. The main results and proven effectiveness were demonstrated on the example of the Lukoil business case. According to Leonid Tikhomirov, the main economic effect of its implementation was improvement of the mining assets efficiency and reduction of operating and capital costs. Increasing the economic efficiency of key market players such as Lukoil leads to a more successful development of regions and the country as a whole in all respects. After the presentations, a discussion of the overall concept of the project and directions for its further development took place.
Within the framework of the “Labour Productivity: from lean manufacturing to digital plant” section, a discussion was started on the development of the production system based on digital production technologies and state-of-the-art IT solutions, attended by the Director of the Regional Engineering Centre, Evgeniy Davydov, Head of the SIBUR Digital Technologies Centre, Ruslan Karimov, representatives of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization “Kaizen Centre” and others. The CEO of ITPS, Leonid Tikhomirov made a presentation on “Improving business efficiency through the use of digital technologies” which also illustrated the possibilities of increasing operational efficiency and other key effects from the introduction of new technologies in the rapidly changing market and business requirements.
